Over 30 years Post Qualification Experience including 17 years in Saudi Arabia, in industry and management consulting. Project Manager of assignments of complex nature, ensuring adherence to sound project management procedures in order to meet completion dates, budgeted costs, training and performance requirement. Capable of understanding issues in strategy formulation relating to financial advisory services. Applied best practices to facilitate effective performance of business process improvements in the areas of financial transformation, cost reduction and information project management from a good governance and management perspective. Thorough understanding of implementation issues gained through extensive experience in various capabilities.

Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA UK), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (“FCA Pak”) and Member of Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants (“SOCPA”). Also passed Professional Examinations (“PE-I and PE-II”) of the Capital Market Authority (“CMA”), Saudi Arabia.
