Kashif Arbab

Kashif’s career spans over 24 years in the UK, Switzerland, and the UAE where he acquired skill set covering the comprehensive finance spectrum in academia, asset management, investment advisory, private banking, and private equity. He has been proactively involved in the development of business growth strategies to help drive net revenue growth and improve business performance implementing strategies from inception to completion.

Kashif’s is responsible for setting-up first of its kind sharia compliant External Asset Management (EAM) desk and investment solutions catering the aspirations of HNW/UHNW, family offices and institutional clients. He works closely with the CEO in growing the firm’s assets under management and to create and implement the strategy to achieve these goals. Prior to RUSD, Kashif worked at Killik & Co. Investment Management in London, UBS AG Private Banking, and Mashreq Bank UAE.

Kashif holds MSc in Economics Management (London School of Economics, 1995), MSc Corporate Finance, Distinction (University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, 1994), and is currently an adjunct faculty at S.P. Jain School of Global Management.
